Thank you for shopping with DAE! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within [5-6 business days] after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier which takes 12-15 days for the item to be delivered


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Customs clearance processes

  • Carrier delays, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your order is shipped,DAEXNAILS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at DAEBEAUTYY@GMAIL.COM within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
